For so many years Bar council, a Statutory body established by Advs act 1961, Did not followed The Act through which it was established, the infrastructure structure of court is still so poor, no proper canteen, the Bar Association is worst charging hefty membership fee yet not providing anything. Fine should be imposed on BCI beinga a statutory boy did not follow the law. Was charging more than prescribed and which was not uniform. SC needs to impose fine on BCI for not adhering to ACT 1961 because of which so many students suffered.
